“I first went to Clinic 33 in March last year (2023) after becoming fed up with trying to lose weight but never really getting anywhere. I’d try something for a few weeks then get despondent and try something else and ultimately get nowhere. 

I saw Kevin who specialises in the fat freezing treatment and weight loss, we discussed the fat freezing as this was what I saw online as maybe something worth doing. Kevin actually said that I’d be best off dropping some weight first (3 stone) and then potentially looking at doing some treatments, he put me on his stats machine which was both very interesting and also quite alarming. I didn’t realise that my internal fat was so high and that my muscle mass and metabolic rate was so low, though alarming this was actually really insightful. 

Kevin made a nutrition plan based on my work and social commitments, he mapped out weekly and monthly targets and put me on the stats machine every 2 weeks. It’s funny as this was one of the main things that kept me dialled in, it was like reporting to a teacher!

I had some good weeks, some great weeks and some bad weeks, overall, I lost 3 stone in just over 7 months. We then did some fat freezing on my stomach and sides at the start of November to help with the final stubborn bit of fat round my waist, this gave me a touch over 4 inches off my belt line when we did the follow up appt just before Christmas.

All in all, id highly recommend Kevin and Clinic 33. I liked how his approach was to address my lifestyle and eating habits first, not just jump straight in with treatments!

I’ve got more energy now, I feel much more confident and I’m looking forward to our holiday away in spring and not having to breathe in all the time on the beach! Ha.”

“Since having my 2 girls my skin seems to of aged quite a bit, no doubt the sleepless nights haven’t helped that’s for sure. I also had some acne scars on my cheeks from when I was younger and I just wanted something that was more than a facial but not overly drastic, just something to brighten me up a bit. 

Emma at Clinic 33 suggested 3 sessions of Micro-Needling with Mesotherapy, I was a bit apprehensive about having my first treatment, but Emma explained every step of the treatment and soon put my mind to rest.

The sound of the device was a bit scary and the treatment itself was a little uncomfortable, but not anywhere as painful as I had imagined.

The treatments were followed by a soothing, hydrating mask which felt amazing! It took my skin a couple days to calm down and then it felt very soft and looked great! My 3 treatments were a month apart and finished in April 2022. My acne scars have pretty much gone as well, I wasn’t expecting this so that is excellent.

I would definitely recommend Clinic 33 and what a wonderful clinic it is, very luxurious!”

“My daughter’s Acne was breaking my heart.  We really didn’t know what to do.  After the teasing at school completely destroyed Freya’s confidence, she became reserved and stopped wanting to go out with friends and she wouldn’t leave the house without thick make-up which was making it worse.  

After trying 2 other clinics in London we reached out to Clinic 33.  

As soon as we arrived, I was already impressed with the thoughtful consideration that went into the consultation.  Liana (the specialist consultant and co-owner of the clinic) made sure Freya didn’t have to sit in the waiting room beforehand because of her anxiety over people seeing her face without make up. Instead, she greeted us at the door and lead us gently through to the treatment room.  

Liana engaged with both of us equally putting us at ease immediately and expressing with empathy how difficult and impactful Acne could be.  She was so good with Freya and as a mum that alone gave me such confidence in the treatment plan that Liana had put together for her.  Freya left the consultation relieved and full-on confidence that finally there might be hope in resolving the acne.

During Freya’s first treatment Liana explained everything and even managed to make her laugh, I hadn’t seen Freya so open in a long time.  As the first step in the treatment plan Freya had a course of Dermalux LED light therapy.  Along with a home skincare regime and supplements, the change in Freya’s skin in just 6 weeks was unbelievable! Throughout the weeks her skin started looking better and better and by the end of the course of treatments the reality of how amazing this transformation was is when Freya left the house with minimal make up and a smile on her face- which made every penny spent absolutely with it!

“I have been wanting to improve the look of the cellulite on my legs ever since I can remember. I started to notice cellulite when I was in my early twenties and twenty years later it became a problem that I was trying to hide constantly.  I wouldn’t wear skirts or shorts, and holidays became more of a reason to feel anxious than relaxed, because all I could think about was how close I would have to move the sun lounges to the toilets so I wouldn’t have to walk past people in my swimsuit to get there! 

I decided enough was enough, and after a friend pointed me in the direction of Clinic 33 in Hove, I plucked up the courage and booked a consultation.  

I was nervous when I walked in but as soon as I sat down and was greeted by Katy I felt immediately comfortable.  She made me feel completely at ease and explained the treatment in detail and ran through the expected results with me.  

Treatments were 1 hour long and were every week, Katy explained that if I could tolerate higher settings on the machine then I would get better results in a quicker time frame. The treatment does feel a bit strange but is not what I would call uncomfortable.

After 8 treatments I couldn’t be happier! The treatment has completely exceeded my expectations, I have a few treatments left to go on my legs, but I have already booked a course of treatments for my tummy – for the first time in 10 years I’m actually looking forward to my holiday! I can’t thank Clinic 33 enough!

It’s also a lovely premises that they have which I know isn’t overly important, but it is nice.”

“I first noticed the Lipofirm treatment on a social media page posted by a celebrity.  I didn’t even realise that jawline contouring, and fat removal was possible! 

Despite being very slim, I have always had a very round face with a double chin, so I thought I was destined to have to live with it.  I imagined this treatment was too good to be true, but I proceeded to find a Clinic that offered Lipofirm purely out of desperation… and thank God I did! 

I saw Emma who was absolutely lovely, and it was a pleasure seeing her through my course of treatments.  The treatment itself was quite pleasant, it involved Radio frequency being applied to the skin via a smooth metal applicator- it felt fairly hot at times but mainly a warm relaxing treatment.  There was part of the treatment which gave a strange sensation that contracted the muscles, but this didn’t last long and was completely bearable.  The main thing is the results are fantastic and has blown me away! I no longer have a double chin and my face is more sculpted- you can actually see my jaw!  I would highly recommend anyone who has a double chin or wants a lift around the jowl area to have this treatment.”
