1. Eat as soon you wake up (within 30 minutes)

2. Eat every 3 hours from your first meal (breakfast)

3. Everything you eat must fit into a dessert bowl

4. Never eat carbohydrates after lunch

5. At the very least drink 2 litres of water per day

6. Always go to bed hungry and never full
