1. Make a schedule
Get your diary out and identify those days that you do have time to workout.
Top tip: Book your gym dates or classes with a friend to keep you motivated.
2. Use a tracker
Try using a step monitoring app or fitness watch, and set daily movement targets!
3. Make Exchanges
Exchanges are not just for unwanted gifts.
Could you walk to the shops instead of drive? Or stand for all festive phone calls?
4. Double Up
If you can workout, consider doing circuits which combine both cardio and weights while you are short on time.
5. Home Gym
Don’t want to go outside? Try running up and down the stairs 10 times once a day to kick start those endorphins!
